Synthetic grass is a fast, simple, and maintenance-free method to improve yards, terraces or roofs. Well-educated agents can help their clients increase their attractiveness.

For most of us, the hum of lawn mowers and the smell of freshly cut grass often herald the beginning of summer.

In many communities, lush green lawns are a symbol of status and luxury, and the entire ground and underground gardener, lawn fertilization and watering system industries have been developed to support and enhance lawn care.

Commercial real estate will spare no effort to display rich green lawns and well-tended landscapes as part of its public image. Golf courses, country clubs and greens require expensive original lawns, which in turn are passed on to their members.

Imagine an evergreen lawn that requires a one-time investment, almost all year round, with minimal maintenance costs. A lawn that is not affected by the weather can be bright green without watering or fertilizing, and it will always be healthy-even if there is not enough or any sunlight in the yard.

The chemicals needed to keep the lawn green, such as fertilizers, can enter the water system through rainwater runoff and will not be a problem. Muddy conditions due to drainage problems will not exist. More importantly, insects will not thrive on this ideal lawn, which eliminates another problem, especially where children play.

As global warming continues around the world, lawn innovation is taking place.

Synthetic turf, also known as artificial turf or "fake grass" for short, is quickly becoming a selling point for residential real estate, replacing all the labor and worries required for live grass. (In fact, synthetic fibers are developing in various fields, from clothing to insulating materials to medical uses, and have entered artificial turf.)

There are multiple sources and price points for synthetic lawns, and the warranty period starts from 10 years. A company specializing in synthetic turf provides a full range of services from design to installation to maintenance. These companies begin the installation process by removing the top layer of vegetation and leveling the surface of the area to be covered.

Crushed stone, sometimes referred to as "crusher operation", is spread on a flat surface, and then the turf is installed. Various layering techniques of stones and other crushed materials allow drainage and prevent standing water, mold or insects.

If planting or shrubs are needed, the area in the yard is not covered to allow contact with the soil. The roots of trees and shrubs will not interfere with the artificial turf. Plants can be easily watered or installed with a sprinkler system for easy maintenance.

Terraces, terraces and urban roofs are ideal installation areas for artificial turf because the surface below is flat and there are no pipes, roots or obstacles underneath. The pool deck is another good place for artificial turf, because chlorine will not harm the material and eliminate muddy areas.

It also makes maintenance easy. If you need to perform maintenance work, such as on a playground, you only need to roll up the artificial turf to enter the area below.

Although artificial turf has been proven to be safe for children because it has fewer chemicals and insects, many pet owners have expressed concerns and reservations about its use. A special grade of pet-friendly turf has been developed. The turf is porous and can be flushed with a hose to prevent odors and maintain hygiene. Will your pet know the difference? In any case, you, as a pet owner, will be satisfied with easy care and low maintenance.

Other types of synthetic turf have been developed for putting greens, landscaping and even area carpets. There is a kind of lawn that can meet various special needs, and there are many companies that provide different suggestions and options.

The best advertisement for this product in development is the lush, bright green lawns in winter when other yards fade or brown.

Synthetic grass is a fast, simple, and maintenance-free method to improve yards, terraces or roofs. Planting grass from seed is a labor-intensive process that can delay the sale of properties. Growing sod by a gardener is expensive and requires maintenance.

Efficient and economical artificial turf can help your sellers improve their property, increase curb appeal, or improve roofs or terraces that may never be exposed to sunlight.
