One thing is for sure, Mark Wahlberg’s backyard is better than yours, and it just so happens to be for sale for a staggering $87.5 million. Yes, you read that price tag correctly, but it does come with an awesome home golf facility.

Situated in Beverly Hills, California, the massive price tag comes with a 30,500-square-foot mansion, a gym, wine cellar, and movie theater, among others. Still, the backyard golf setup is the piece de resistance.

Wahlberg’s dream of a home golf practice facility came to life with the hard work of Back Nine Greens, a company specializing in artificial golf turf installation. The synthetic turf is ideal for in-home facilities because of ample drainage and minimal maintenance.

This specific build boasts massive sand traps, multiple putting and chipping greens, and a large green with a five hole pin setup that is accessed from an elevated green. The longest hole carries just above 120 yards, but the surrounding natural cliff enclave allows you to pull driver without the threat of a neighbor’s window shattering.

Not all guests have been able to take swings at the private course, but Wahlberg’s business partner and friend Abraham Ancer has had the honor. The view from the elevated tee box gives great perspective over the majestic land as the duo take their turn at the green.

Whoever purchases this stunning property will be rewarded with one of the best home golf setups known to man. Would you drop the cash on this golfer’s paradise if you could afford it?
