Here are the top stories today in Miami:

1. A pedestrian was struck and killed by a Brightline train in North Miami Beach on Friday near 163rd Street and Biscayne Boulevard. Police were called to the scene at around 12:04 p.m. on Friday. (WSVN)

2. Former tenants at 48 East Flagler St. in downtown Miami are suing two of billionaire real estate developer Moishe Mana's companies for allegedly evicting them under "false pretenses." The tenants were told the building was "unsafe and at risk of collapse" when they vacated the premises and were not able to retrieve their belongings. (Miami New Times)

3. Police are investigating after a man was found shot to death Friday morning in the doorway of a southwest Miami-Dade home in the 16400 block of Southwest 288th Lane. No further information about the suspect was available. Authorities are asking anyone with information to call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS. (NBC Miami)

4. Former NFL linebacker Junior Galette was arrested in South Beach on Thursday night. Galette was charged with having no valid driver's license after allegedly ignoring an officer who sought to "lecture" him about motor scooter use. Galette was taken to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center by the officer. (WPLG Local 10)
