You might just recognise some of these places and people

Everyone loves a trip down memory lane - and if you're from the Manadon area of Plymouth, you might just feel very nostalgic. We've dug through our archives to find some of the best pictures from the area.

This gallery features many faces from the gone, but not forgotten Chaucer Primary School. The school - which is now a housing estate - closed in 2009.

A new school opened nearby - Shakespeare Primary School - and replaced both Chaucer Primary and nearby West Park Primary School. There are even a couple photographs from the 1980s, including the Keep Fit class at Manadon Primary School.
