Brookline Company named general contractor for its new downtown complex project

The developer of Stella Naples announced that D. Garrett Construction has been selected as the general contractor for the project.

In 2021, D. Garrett Construction celebrated its 40th anniversary of operations, focusing on the commercial, multi-family residential and custom residential markets.

Brookline previously partnered with William Raveis Real Estate to specialize in marketing and sales of Stella Naples, which offers an open floor plan, unique customizable roof terrace and a great location.

Three beautifully designed floor plans provide two interior design packages, which are suitable for three spacious floor plans and four separate bathroom designs.

Aria is a two-bedroom/two-bathroom plan with a sky area of ​​2,124 square feet and a total area of ​​3,461 square feet, including a 381 square foot covered balcony and a 956 square foot private roof deck.

Bianca is a two-bedroom plus study/two-bathroom plan with a sky area of ​​2,223 square feet and a total area of ​​3,266 square feet, including a 371 square foot covered balcony and a 672 square foot roof terrace.

The largest floor plan provided is Celeste, and there are only two in the building. Both are three-bedroom/three-and-a-half-bathroom residences with an aerial area of ​​2,875 square feet.

However, there are significant differences. Celeste 203 includes a private office, while Celeste 303 can be accessed directly from the residence via stairs to the 1,123 square foot private rooftop deck suite above it.
