Countrywide Grounds Maintenance has appointed Saj Raja and Mohammad Ikram as new regional managers of its Nottingham based location.

The duo has taken charge of a leading grounds and winter maintenance service that has been operating in the Nottinghamshire area for over a decade.

Mohammad Ikram, who will oversee operations in Nottingham, expressed his excitement to manage a “thriving grounds maintenance company” and has ambitious goals for the team and their future.

“At Countrywide, we want to deliver the best standards and provide an excellent customer service,” he said. “Our expert operatives are ready to help customers, create more sustainable environments, and become a valued business within our community.”

Ikram added: “Nottingham has history, culture and so many incredible outdoor spaces. Much of Nottingham’s appeal stems from its diverse range of areas, neighbourhoods and boroughs within the city and county boundaries. I look forward to working and living in the area.”

Raja, who has a successful business background in hospitality, has vowed to develop their team of expert operatives and office staff by ensuring they all maintain a customer-first approach to their work.

“We want to become one of the top-performing local employers, offering a service that ourselves and our community can be proud of,” said Raja. “At Countrywide, we provide solutions to many problems and enhance our local area with attractive environments and landscapes.”

Countrywide has been delivering grounds maintenance solutions to commercial customers since 1986. The organisation now has 46 regional offices, making it one of the largest grounds maintenance companies by coverage area in the UK.
